Join us as we proudly present, November Williams, vocalist, songwriter and producer! She is coming to the Blu Jazz+ for one evening on May 17, 2024.
Born on November 9, in Canton, Ohio, November Williams was influenced by her parents who had different musical tastes. Her father had family ties to Motown R&B and grew up singing gospel music in church. Her mother grew up on country and rock n’ roll music.
November is the niece of Walter Williams, Sr., of the R&B supergroup, the Mighty O’Jays, and as a young child knew she was destined for the stage.
November’s first single “Certified” was released in November 2015, and she released an EP entitled “Wait Until November” in 2019. In November 2020, she received the Best EP of the Year Award for “Wait Until November” at the Ohio Entertainment Awards.
November collaborated on her album “Solstice” with musical producer, Conz, which was released in June 2022. “Solstice” produced three singles, helping her to win the Best Female R&B Artist Award in 2022 from the Ohio Entertainment Awards.
November’s musical influences include Sade, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Gladys Knight, Prince, Alicia Keys, and Brandy.
